Our frames are made from Kiln Dried Beech, not like the sub-standard frames that are mass produced.
We take a great amount of time and effort to ensure that all our frame joints are properly dowled, glued and screwed into place to give you a sofa that will last for a lifetime.
SPRINGING

9 gauge Springs for REAL support that lasts. All springs are hand tied together for extra support.
Back will also have d Arc Springs for extra comfort, which are also hand tied.
We use a mix of felts, dacrons, canvise and foam. Yes, foam, it has come on a long way from the early days and is now an ideal material to give your modern sofa a new life.
